Administering Medication at School
At St Joseph's, all medication you provide for the school to administer to your child must be prescribed by a qualified health care provider. The Administration of Medication Information for parents/carers fact sheet below provides advice for parents/carers and health practitioners.
A Consent to administer medication form must be submitted with your child's medication.
